while I sent a newsletter with new information to fans. There are approximately 500 fans on
the list at this time. With help of these fans I often know about concerts before the general
public does, that enables me to mail you this info, so you can get the best seats in the house.
In order to do so, I do need help from all fans, so if you hear anything new, concert dates of
just some fun information please let me know, so I can share it with the other fans.
This website would not be possible without the help of my fan friends all over the world. They
sent me their pictures and graphics to use on this site, they sent articles and interviews to
translate and information about concerts. My thanks go out to all of them. Lately I have
been able to talk some of my Dutch and German friends into doing some of the translations
for me. Here I would like to give a special thanks to them.
Now I do have to say that this is a hobby, and I am not always able to work on it. I have a
family and a full-time job, but whenever I have some time you will find some updates. This is
a work in progress, and I am learning as I work on it, I hope you understand that and will
enjoy my site.
This website is best viewed at 1024 by 768 resolution. Older computers may not have the
correct dimensions.
PS. Please do not give information you read on my website to others or publish it on other

I have been too busy with my family to do much at the site and am very happy Sue is
keeping up with the Parlor. It looks great. Ruud and Ineke have posted a terrific video of
the weekend in Toronto. You can view it at www.andrerieu-movies.com
I have finished the surprise I promised. It is an Andre Birthday calendar. You can find it on
the Misc page. Hope you like it.

You must all wonder where I have been. I just have been too busy with my family to do
anything with the website. My daughter and her children moved in over the Christmas
break. My son in law finally has a date that he can leave the army base. (Feb 10). This
weekend my daughter is moving all their things and I am watching the kids. I think by the
end of Feb. I should be back on line. The good news is that I received a laptop from my
children for Christmas, so as soon as things calm down I can be online anywhere in the
house. But between baby sitting, trying to get the house organized to add their things. (I
am a pack rat and have to get rid of many things to make room) I just have not had time to
even answer most of the mail. I am glad Ruud and Ineke have been so active and Sue is
doing great with the Parlor. My thanks also to the fans who have written their stories about
Toronto and the fans who sent us news.
I hope to be back soon and until then wish everyone a great time.

I am so sorry to have to tell you that Benny Neyman passed away today.
"Benny after two months of fighting against this debilitating disease ended his battle. He
passed away quietly in the arms of his beloved Hans".
We will all miss him ...but his music will live on forever!

were already in our Parlor. Added a second article to Translations. I had started it some

I just do not have much time for the website anymore, but hope to add some things once in a
while. I have worked on this site since 2002, so there should be quite a bit to read for new
fans. Regulars will have to be patient for new pages, but you can find the latest news on the
Parlor. Sue is doing a fantastic job on the Parlor, which has turned into the news page of
the site. You can join other fans and chat about the news. The guestbook has taken off
and is quite busy, fans asking questions, and others answering. With the Parlor
broadcasting all the latest news, I will only send out a News letter if there is something very
pressing.
My family is keeping me very busy. I love having the little ones living with me and am very
involved with them. Reading bedtime stories, help with homework, taking them places, etc.
They grow up too fast and we just celebrated Alex's second birthday. Unbelievable he is
two already. So the website has been put on the back burner.
I did add some lyrics. With Andre's new CD, Waltzing Matilda, I thought it would be fun for
the fans going to Maastricht to be able to sing along. So on the lyrics page you will find
Waltzing Matilda, Tie me Kangaroo down and Botany Bay. I will try to add some more
before the concerts in Maastricht. Ruud and Ineke added a walk through the Efteling on
their site. Great fun thing to do if you are going to Maastricht. The Efteling in not far from
Maastricht.
Next week I will be going to the Atlantic City and Reading concerts. Looking forward to the
concerts, but also to seeing all my Andre Friends. See you all there. I hope to have the new
CD when I get back so I can get all the new songs lyrics.
